RULES

1. You must be at least 18 years of age or older. Parents will be held responsible for the actions of minor children using their accounts.
2. Only one account per player or household. Multiple accounts will imediately disqualify any player from winning.
3. You must complete the registration process in full and ALL registration details MUST be correct and current.
4. Should your registration details change at any time, you must submit all changes to our support team in order to update your Player Profile.
5. You will forfeit any cash or prize winnings if your Player Profile is incorrect.
6. Upon registration, you agree to comply with all site rules, terms and conditions.
7. You agree to keep your User Name and Password secure at all times. You will ensure the prevention of any unauthorized use of the same and you will accept liability for any damages which may be caused by the misuse of your player account information.
8. In the case of there being more than one winning card, the prize will be split equally amongst the winners.
9. Players must abide by the laws of the country/state in which they reside or from which they visit our website. Players must assume full responsibility for compliance with all relevant laws in their jurisdiction.
10. In the event of a game malfunction FreeBingo.com reserves the right to cancel that particular game.
11. In case of any dispute, management decision will be final.
12. Management reserves the right to terminate any player found to be violating any of these Rules.

CASH and PRIZES

1. Cash winnings are paid out twice per month on the 15th and end day of every month.
2. All player account balances are in $ USD. Minimum cash out amount is $25 USD. Max cash out is $100 USD per player, per month. There is a $5 USD cash out fee.
3. When payment is made to a player outside the US, the cashout amount is converted to your home currency by PayPal at the current exchange rate.
4. We reserve the right to substitute any prizes won by non-US players with a cash value only.
5. Players must ensure that their FreeBingo account details are current at all times. Incorrect account details will result in the forfeiture of all winnings.
6. In order to cash out, non-US players must have a valid PayPal account or a gift card voucher will be sent.
7. The current option for a US player to cash out is in the form of Gift Vouchers. In the near future there will be other options available.

CHAT ETTIQUETTE

1. Respect: Please show respect to fellow players and especially to Chat Leaders at all times.
2. Have Fun: We encourage a good "clean" fun at all times. We enjoy the community atmosphere of our site, so please keep our chat rooms a place where you would bring your friends for a visit and a fun time.
3. Be Nice: If you can't say something nice, then don't say anything at all. A good rule of thumb is "if you don't want someone to say it about you or one of your friends, then you do not say it about other people".
4. Help Others: Keep in mind we were all once "newbies" here and others took time to answer your questions. Please return the kindness you received to others. If someone is mean to you just remember "because someone is being mean doesn't mean we have to be mean to them".
5. Learn from Others: We have different people from all walks of life in our chat rooms. Please remember that different cultures have different beliefs, and we may all learn something new from each other.
6. Learn from Mistakes: If you are warned about your behavior in our chat room please heed it. You may receive a warning in the chat room or a written warning. We hold the right to cancel accounts for serious breech of chat rules.
7. Never Stop Growing: It benefits everyone for our site to continue to grow and offer a better player experience. We are constantly upgrading our site to ensure we get you what you really want. Help us by giving us your positive suggestions.
8. Choosing a Username: Please remember we are a "community" oriented site and we have community values to uphold. No reference to body parts, sexuality, illegal drugs, rude or offensive language. Even if you are OK with it, some of our players may take offense. Keep your Username clean, fun and free from any wordplay that would be considered offensive by any community member.
9. Solicitation: No solicitation of any nature is permitted in chat, however there is a section in our Club Freebie where players may market their goods to other player free of charge.
10. Other Sites: No endorsement or promoting of any other sites is permitted.
11. Writing in CAPS: This is considered yelling in the chat world and can be highly annoying to players. Do not use caps unless requested by the Chat Leader.
