2. How do I download the game?
   Downloads? We have no downloads! By using the latest Macromedia Flash technology, our games load just like a large web page. It's quick, easy and takes no more than two minutes on a 56k modem. 3. How old do I have to be to play?
   Players at FreeBingo.com must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their home jurisdiction, whichever is the greater. Players must abide by the laws of the country and/or state in which they reside or from which they visit our website. Players must take full responsibility with reference to the determination of the laws applicable in their jurisdictions.


4. How much can I win?
   Currently we have Free Bucks, merchandise and gift card game prizes. Prizes range from approximately $5 to $25.


5. Can I chat with other players?
   Absolutely!! That's part of the fun. Come into the chat room. Make new friends and meet old ones. 6. What is a Free Buck?
   A Free Buck (FB) is simply free money. We give away as much of it as we can! You can earn FB's in any number of ways: by winning one of our FREE GAMES, by introducing your friends to FreeBingo.com, winning contests or simply by being in chat and playing our special games. Use your Free Bucks just like cash to have fun buying extra cards, or entering one of our many Sweepstakes, or saving them up for prizes! You cannot withdraw them, but you sure can use it to win real Prizes. Come and get yours now!!


7. How many cards can I play?
   Each game automatically gives you 3 FREE cards to play. If you want to purchase additional cards, you must use your FB’s to purchase Although there are only three cards visible on your screen at any given time, the game software will automatically keep track of all your cards, and inform you if you win. Your computer will automatically daub your card for you so you really can play as many cards as you wish. Our games also have an automatic "Best Order" function which enables you to see your best cards at any given time. Cards change color automatically the closer you get to BINGO enabling you to clearly see whether you're 3, 2 or 1 call away from scooping the FREE BUCKS!!


8. How much do cards cost?
   Your first 3 cards are FREE!!! After that your additional card prices may vary according to our game specials.


9. Can I keep the same cards from game to game?
   No, this is not possible. Our game server randomly creates and distributes new bingo cards for each new game. As in a live bingo hall or casino, players can only play each card once for every individual game. We do this to keep the game totally fair and honest.


10. Is there always a winner?
    Yes, every game always has a winner. Sometimes there may even be more than one winner, in which case the game prize is shared accordingly. The winner's nickname is broadcast to all players that are logged in to the game. This confirms that the game has ended and that the winner has been awarded the game prize.


11. Can I join a game in progress?
    No. Currently, we have a 5 second cut off before the game actually starts. Any requests made after this cut off time will be declined.


12. How long does a game last?
    We have a new game every six minutes (ten games per hour). In between games, our chat leaders will often run chat games and competitions. There's never a dull moment at FreeBingo.com! We have plans to bring in speed games in the near future for all your speed demons!


13. How do I know the game is not fixed?
    FreeBingo.com uses the most modern and sophisticated bingo software available anywhere. All cards and ball calls are produced by a sophisticated random number generator which cannot be reprogrammed or tampered with. Our software has been thoroughly audited and tested in line with the biggest and best real world bingo halls worldwide. Our games are strictly fair and honest, and by no means do we allow house players.


14. If my connection fails, am I kicked out of the game?
    Our software has been programmed to track every card purchased for every game played. So even if you're disconnected, for whatever reason, your cards will still be played and your winnings will still be credited to your account. As long as you have purchased cards, you stand the same chance of winning as everybody else, no matter what!


15. I'm having technical trouble. What do I do?
    First contact your chat leader in the game Help room. If they cannot assist you, then please send an e-mail to help@freebingo.com, write Tech Problem in the subject line to identify the nature of your issue. Then describe your problem in as much detail as you can, the time it occurred, the game you were playing, etc, etc. Remember to include your name, nickname and e-mail address. We will get back to you as soon as we possibly can. More often than not however, you will find the problem is a minor technical issue or a problem with your local service provider.
